Former Pipe Major Jim Noone has released his first CD "Soft Celtic Winds" Jim plays both the Highland bagpipe as well as the small pipes on the disc, and is accompanied by flutes, whistles, guitar, accordion, bass, and percussion instruments played by George Hoar, George Fitzpatrick, Arthur Hoar and Joe Nichols, giving a fresh perspective on traditional tunes. You can find the disc at the Irish Alley in Huntington, NY and other local Irish shops on Long Island.
